- Wire transfer for private customers – by choosing this option, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide information for making a payment order.
- Wire transfer for business clients – Payment order for business clients – contact us by e-mail email@example.com – we will provide you an invoice for payment. Items will be shipped as soon as the payment is completed.
1.1. Seller aims to give courier particular goods ordered by the Buyer within 2 working days after the payment for the goods.
1.2. The courier delivers goods to the address of the Buyer in:
1.2.1. 1-2 working days in UK;
1.2.2. For other countries contact by phone or e-mail;
1.3. UPS services are used for delivery of goods.
1.4. Any order will be shipped through the UPS courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive notification of the parcel tracking number so you can track its progress using the online service.
1.5. The buyer can read information regarding UPS working hours (delivery time) and UPS services in UPS webpage available in particular country.
1.6. If you can not find your country, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will find you the most convenient method of delivery.
2.1. Goods purchased directly from www.healthy-choice.co.uk can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
2.2. Return are eligible only when product package are unopened.
2.3. Goods must be return in original package.
2.4. Buyer’s refund might be fulfilled in 5 working days after goods were returned to the Seller and the Seller confirmed that the goods are accepted as returned. Delivery fee is non refundable.
2.5. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, we suggest you do so through a secure and insured delivery service (like Venipak, UPS, DHL, DPD etc). We do not accept liability for non-received items. Returning fees are payed by Buyer.
2.6. Typically, a return request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
