• How do I register as a user on the Website?
You must be registered as a user in order to make any purchases from Healthy-Choice online.
Just click on ' Register now' on right margin.You must fill out all the fields marked with an * in order to complete the registration process.

• Who do I contact if I'm having trouble logging in? You can contact Customer Services by email at mail@healthy-choice.co.uk

• How can I view / change my account details?
You can view your account details by clicking on 'my account' where you can also change addresses, view previous orders, change payment details and change your password.

• How do I find the product I am looking for?
You can find the product that you are looking by searching under the product name or Lamberts product code in the product search box in the title header.Alternatively you can click on the appropriate category of the product in the health supplements list in the right margin and scroll down to the appropriate item.

• How do I find out information about a product? A short introduction will immediately appear with the image of the product and its price. You can click on the product description to view the complete entry on the product you are interested in.

• How do I know the item I want is in stock?
If in the unlikely event that an item you want is out of stock, you will be emailed with details of expected wait.We normally wait until all items are in stock before sending out the order
and only the do we charge your card.If you need the in stock lines urgently, please advise us so we can make necesary arrangements to expedite despatch these items to you quickly.

• How can I check / change my order?
You can check your order before it has been finalised by clicking on 'Shopping Basket'.
This will show you all the items in your order along with its sub total.
You can then change quantities or remove items from your order and then clicking update.

• How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Delivery is normally one to five working days after placing your order.We will advise if your order is likely to be delayed longer than this.

• How much is your delivwery charge and where do you deliver to?

• Can I keep track of my order?
Yes. Please call us on 01509 506564 .

• What do I do if my delivery is damaged or you have sent the wrong item?
Please contact us using the contact page or phone 01509 506564 and ask for healthy-choice returns.

• Can I return my items if change my mind about an order?
Providing the item concerned has not been opened we offer a no quibble refund if returned to us within 28 days.

• Will my details be secure? We do not divulge any information to third parties.We will only use your details for healthy-choice's own mailings,special offers and promotions.
If you do not wish to receive any of these please place a tick in the corresponding box when registering.

• Are my credit card/debit card details secure?
We use the latest encryption methods and provide physical security for our data servers.
